The Guarantor would need to provide their full name, phone number, date of birth, driver’s license, current address of residence, first name, last name, email address, phone number, the most current credit score and proof of income.

By providing this information to Guarantors.ca, via application forms on the Website, or to any member of staff via email, you are giving express consent for us to use this information as needed. Private information is collected and distributed subject to applicable privacy and other legislation in Canada.

This information is only shared with the Tenant if consent is provided by the Guarantor during the online application process.

What Information is Automatically Collected?

While using the Website, Guarantors.ca will automatically gather information necessary for the function and operation of our services such as information about your computer hardware and software. This information can include but is not limited to a User’s address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses.
